The SME Payments Group at Razorpay runs 15 product pods with full-stack ownership. We're not slapping AI on top of old products. We're rethinking what each product should be when an agent can do the heavy lifting.

Open Roles

1. Senior Product Manager — Growth

The charter: Own activation, retention, and monetization for Razorpay's SME merchant base. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Growth business counterparts and DEPA (Design, Engineering, Product Analytics) partners.

What we need:

• Data-native PM — you think in funnels, cohorts, and experiments before PRDs. You write SQL, build dashboards, and catch insights nobody asked you to find.
• Hands-on with AI agents — you've actually built something with LLMs, not just read about them. Prompt engineering is table stakes.
• Entrepreneur DNA — you've tried building something of your own (a startup, a side project, a 0→1 product) or you're a seasoned Growth PM who's operated across the full acquisition-to-revenue loop.
• Business-grade judgment — you hold your own in revenue conversations, understand unit economics, and translate growth levers into P&L impact.

This is not a feature PM role. There's no stable roadmap someone hands you. You define problems, find levers, ship fast, and measure what matters.
